Who we are
CERØ is the trading name of CERØ Co., Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Bangkok, Thailand. We provide relocation, residency, and tax-structuring services to individuals earning income online from outside the European Union, including founders, operators, investors and clients with crypto-native income or businesses.
You can reach the team at info@cero.agency for anything contractual or operational. We answer within a working day.
What we sell
Three things, and only these three:
- Diagnosis call. A 30-minute conversation where we tell you, on the record, whether CERØ can help.
- Relocation engagement. A six-month process to exit your current tax residency and establish a new one in a territorial-tax jurisdiction.
- Annual maintenance. Filings, renewals, and members-portal access from year two onwards.
We do not take a percentage of your tax savings. Working with crypto-native clients does not mean we sell crypto cards, golden visas, or "passport investments". If anyone claiming to be CERØ offers you that, please report it to us.
What you commit to
You commit to telling us the truth — about your income, residency history, family situation, and obligations to any tax authority. The whole engagement rests on that. We can't fix what we don't know about, and we can't unwind a structure built on a misrepresentation.
You commit to following the timelines and providing the documents we ask for. If you delay materially, we may pause the engagement until you're ready to continue.
What we commit to
We commit to building a structure that is, on the day it's signed, defensible under the laws of every relevant jurisdiction. We commit to documenting it — every form, every certificate, every stamp — so that years later it still holds up under scrutiny.
We commit to staying in the relationship. If a tax authority writes to you about something we set up, we sit on the call with you. That's what the annual maintenance buys.
Payment, refunds, cancellation
The relocation engagement is paid in agreed milestones. Annual maintenance is paid in advance, on the anniversary of your re-entry date.
If we cancel the engagement after the diagnosis call but before any milestone is reached, you owe nothing. If you cancel after a milestone is invoiced, you owe that milestone in full but nothing further. Government fees already paid to embassies and authorities are non-refundable — they go to the state, not to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where the CERØ entity that signs your engagement is incorporated. Wyoming was chosen for its mature, predictable LLC framework — the same framework we use to set up the structures we build for members.
Any dispute we cannot resolve in writing is settled by binding arbitration under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, with venue in Cheyenne, Wyoming or remotely by video. If a court or arbitrator finds any clause unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply.
Changes
We update these terms when the law or our practice changes. The version live on this page on the day you sign your engagement is the version that applies to you, and we keep older versions on file. We will email active members about material changes before they take effect.
