The story
Galicia, 2024. The founder had run a small shop as a self-employed trader for years — seven-day weeks, three break-ins in two years, and a quarterly tax bill that arrived right on schedule regardless. He was being robbed twice over: once by the people who came through the door, once by the people who didn't have to. The day he pulled the shutters down for the last time, he started looking for a way out properly.
Six months later, the move was done. After fielding the same question — "how did you actually do it?" — from founders, freelancers, creators and crypto-native operators in the same trap, we opened the desk. We took what we learned doing the move once for ourselves and turned it into a process we can do once a month for someone else. That's CERØ.
What we believe
Tax residency is a lever, not an identity. Where you pay tax, where you live, and where you're a citizen are three different facts. Most of the European tax pain we see comes from people accidentally treating them as the same fact.
Documented > clever. The cleverest tax structure in the world fails the moment a tax authority asks for the paperwork and you can't produce it. Half our work is producing the paperwork — embassy stamps, lease agreements, residency certificates, board minutes — so that when the question comes years later, the answer is in a folder.
Real residency, not nomad cosplay. A 90-day stamp in your passport doesn't make you a tax resident anywhere. We move people for real: keys to a real apartment, a real bank account, real schools for the kids, a real exit from the old jurisdiction.
Stay in the relationship. The structure we build today only stays defensible if someone defends it. We do annual filings, renewals, and embassy calls for years two through five (and beyond). The relationship outlasts the relocation.
Who runs CERØ
The team is small on purpose. We answer DMs ourselves. CEO David Blanco runs the desk from Bangkok with a tight crew of expats, sovereign-individual operators and one Thai fulfilment lead who has been on the ground longer than any of us.
If you book a discovery call, you get David or one of the senior team — never a sales rep, never a chatbot, never an "intake form". If we're not the right fit for you, we say so on the first call and point you toward someone who is.

Where we work
We're based in Bangkok. It's where we live, where we run the operation, and where we meet new members off the plane. Thailand is our home market because it's where we know the law, the banks, the immigration officers, and the doctors by first name.
We also relocate members to Paraguay (Asunción) when a Spanish-speaking, Latin American base fits the situation better. The discovery call is where we figure out which one is yours.
What we are not
- Not a course. We don't sell PDFs explaining what we do. We do the work.
- Not a Telegram group. No "community", no "circle", no "tribe". A working relationship and an annual invoice.
- Not a passport-investment scheme. We don't sell citizenship by investment. We change where you pay tax, not who you are.
- Not a tax-avoidance pitch. The whole engagement is built to be defensible under audit, with paperwork, in writing, in every relevant jurisdiction.
- Not in a hurry. If your situation is too unusual, we'll tell you on the first call.
The numbers
200+ members relocated since 2024. €8.4M in annual tax saved across the membership, averaging €42k per member, per year. 100% legal compliance — every structure we've built is documented and audit-ready. Operating from Bangkok, hiring one careful person at a time.
If any of that sounds right for you, write to info@cero.agency or book a 30-minute discovery call. If we can help, we'll say so. If we can't, we'll say that too.
Book a call
30 minutes. We look at your situation, tell you what we'd do, and quote the engagement if there's a fit. No pressure, no pitch deck.
